Diversity in construction projects – shared visions

Hemsley Builders at a glance

Hemsley Builders originated in the 1920's when Charles Hemsley brought a building company from Luck Brothers. C.F. Hemsley & Son was a small builder who mainly worked on agricultural buildings across Kent and Sussex. David Hemsley took control of the business in the 1960's and grew the company and served local authorities, developers and homeowners alike. After a hiatus, working for major consultancies, where Mark Hemsley qualified as a construction project manager and quantity surveyor, Hemsley Builders is back!

Only this time, its different. Hemsley Builders puts you, the homeowner, firmly in control of your project. And with us, you will find your project will be cheaper to build, compared to employing "traditional builders". This is because we offer everything all the other builders offer; project management, programming, scheduling etc. The difference is you employ us for a set fee for our expertise and pay the specialists and suppliers directly. The result is, you are not paying overheads and profit on specialist work or suppliers. You will save money, retain control and yet, be skillfully guided throughout the process.
